NorthVM reserves the right to amend the terms and pricing for hosting services at its discretion. The company commits to ensuring servers are regularly updated and security measures are maintained within a 24-hour period, excluding force majeure events. While NorthVM will consider compensation for downtime, customers cannot assert claims against NorthVM. Additionally, NorthVM reserves the right to reassign customers to a different IP address or physical server as needed. All hosting services provided by NorthVM are governed by Danish law.
A binding agreement is established between the customer and NorthVM for the duration of the lease period. Upon expiration of the selected period, the customer may opt to renew or allow the agreement and associated product to lapse. The customer has a 2-day grace period post-expiration to renew their product, after which all content will be permanently deleted. Any misuse of NorthVM's network, including but not limited to hacking and executing DDoS attacks, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate server termination without any refund.
All prices are listed in Euros and include the applicable Danish VAT at a rate of 25%
The use of NorthVM's products is at the customer's own risk. NorthVM assumes no responsibility for any data or content stored on its servers. Customers bear full responsibility for the data on their products, including any illegal or offensive material.
Upon purchasing a product, an invoice will be issued, and the price indicated on the invoice is final. Customers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, provided the product has not been used. A dedicated server is considered in use once the order is placed. It is the customer's responsibility to renew their products, and NorthVM is not liable for any data loss resulting from product expiration.
If a customer violates the applicable rules and laws, NorthVM will issue a warning via email, and repeated violations will result in the user being locked. NorthVM reserves the right to close an account if the violation is particularly severe, such as copyright infringement, which may lead to legal action. NorthVM will disclose customer information to the appropriate authorities. The account is locked immediately, and there is no compensation for the remaining product period.
NorthVM is an independent hosting company that does not disclose information to third parties. All information remains confidential between NorthVM and the customer. According to data protection laws, customers have the right to full insight into the information stored by NorthVM. NorthVM retains all information for at least 5 years.
NorthVM cannot be held liable for data loss due to events such as power outages, system failures, force majeure, break-ins, or similar circumstances. If a technical intervention is necessary, NorthVM is not responsible for data loss.
NorthVM sets up the server as quickly as possible, usually within a few minutes. For dedicated servers, the delivery time is longer, typically 1-7 business days. NorthVM reserves the right to postpone setup due to technical difficulties or payment issues.
By purchasing a product from NorthVM, the customer waives the 14-day withdrawal right once the products are in use. After the product is in use, it is non-refundable. Exceptions can be made in special cases where NorthVM is responsible for significant downtime in the customer's service.
Upon subscribing to automatic subscription payments, the server will be automatically renewed. To deactivate automatic payment, customers must do so through the payment method panel or notify NorthVM in writing via email or a support ticket before the server is renewed.
Upon purchasing a product from NorthVM, 1-10 Gbps network connection is listed, but is always soft-limited to 2 Gbps at max. If a valid reason is provided, usage of the full 10 Gbps uplink will be allowed, contact us through our email or a ticket to get the soft-limit removed.
